To initiate a return request:

Share your Order ID and the reason for return.
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another approved method as communicated by our support team.
